[documentliberation-discuss] [ANN] libepubgen 0.0.0 has been released

This is the first release of libepubgen, an EPUB generator for librevenge.
The API of the library is now considered stable and can be used by other

Some features:
* supports text, drawing and presentation interfaces
(RVNGTextInterface, RVNGDrawingInterface and RVNGPresentationInterface);
* handles tables, lists, images;
* uses CSS for all formatting (no HTML markup);
* puts all styles into a separate CSS file (no style attributes);
* deduplicates styles and images;
* can split the document text into multiple HTML files, by several criteria:
on explicit page breaks, by chapters, or by size (page breaks and chapters
need support in the input).
