Hi Charles,
Yes you should report it on LibreOffice's bugzilla as this mailing list
is focused on new file formats.

Hello everyone,
I had a quick question. Someone had a docx document opening with some
clear graphical glitches on Libreoffice (initially the document had
been produced with MS Office) and I started to help this user. I
tested it myself and while I was not able to reproduce all the
symptoms that were initially reported by the user there was definitely
something wrong with the document, I mean, not just a details somewhere.
My question is this: should I report and upload this document
somewhere on the DLP or do I just go and file an issue on
LibreOffice's bugzilla?
Thanks,
Charles.
