libqxp is a library for import of QuarkXPress documents. It can import
documents and templates created by QuarkXPress 3.1-4.1.

List of changes:

- Fix build with MSVC.
- Fix various issues found by Coverity and oss-fuzz.
- Make build dependencies librevenge-stream and librevenge-generators
  optional. They are only needed for tests and conversion tools.
